This slightly lively wine is the product of the joint harvest, maceration and vinification of the Grillo and Zibibbo (Moscato d'Alessandria) grapes from the Gilletto vineyard in Mazara del Vallo, located on a small limestone hill overlooking the Mediterranean.

Format: 0.75 litres
Grapes: Grillo 80%, Zibibbo 20%
Origin: Mazara del Vallo, Gilletto district (south-western Sicily). The vineyard is located 900 meters from the sea.
Soil: Rich in limestone.
Vinification: Fermentation for 2 weeks in steel vats, permanence "sur lie" for a month and a half.
Aging: 8 months in steel vats and another 8 in the bottle.
Alcohol content: 13.5%
Serving temperature: 10/12 °CIt is recommended to let the wine oxygenate for 10 minutes before serving it.
Recommended pairings: Fish-based dishes (especially those of Sicilian cuisine), white meats (chicken, turkey, rabbit).
