BREZZA DI GILLETTO is the product of the harvest, maceration and vinification
combined with the Gazzerotta Viognier grapes in Mazara del Vallo, a vineyard located there
within an alluvial basin reclaimed in the 1930s, and which
therefore it is totally flat, sheltered from the winds and exposed to a
continuous insolation.

Grapes: Viognier 100%
Origin: Mazara del Vallo (Trapani).
Soil: Alluvial, clayey and sandy.
Vinification: Harvest carried out at night, in order to reap the advantages of the strong temperature variations in the area; fermentation in steel vats for 2 weeks, a month and a half "sur lies".
Aging: 5 months in steel and a further month in the bottle.
Alcohol content: 12.5%
Serving temperature: 8/10 °CWe recommend uncorking 10 minutes before serving.
Recommended pairings: Aperitifs, fish-based dishes, including raw.
