Grecanico is a native vine grown predominantly in western Sicily, in the province of Trapani. Probably of Greek origin, the white grape variety was imported into Sicily around the seventh century BC. The full name is Grecanico Dorato, from the yellow-gold pigmentation of its berries.

It is presented with a straw yellow color. It has a light, fresh and sour taste in perfect balance.

Vinification: Traditional in white, with controlled temperature of 14 ° C. Use selected yeasts on decanted must. The wine is aged for about 6 months in steel tanks.
