Grillo 2018 has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections, the nose has a fresh bouquet with notes of exotic white fruit, pineapple, peach and passion fruit, combined with hints of wildflowers. In the mouth it is fresh and has a pleasant softness.
At the table it is to be combined with all types of fish, with cheeses and risottos and with vegetarian dishes.
