The flour is produced from organically Lentils. The milling takes place with natural stone, the low rotation speed of the millstones allows to work at low temperatures avoiding the overheating of the flour and therefore the degradation of the nutrients of the cereal and legume. The pasta is obtained by bronze drawing and slowly dried
Ingredients: 100% Lentils flour; water - may contain traces of gluten
Cooking time: 6 or 7 minutes.
