This broad bean pâté with wild fennel is a true ambassador of Etna's food and wine excellence. Three simple ingredients, broad beans, extra virgin olive oil and wild fennel, expertly blended to create a unique delicacy. An ode to the pleasures of good food, composed of the least caloric legume of all and the most aromatic plant that exists, which you can't help but taste!
Storage method: store the product in a cool, dry place. Keep away from heat sources to avoid altering the flavour. After opening, the product can be kept in the fridge for 4-5 days.
